waking up early in the morning is really a big challenge for most of us. A lot of students want to wake up early in the morning for various purpose like study, meditation, exercise and much more but somehow they are not able to do that.

If you know the right technique and the logic behind it, you will be definitely able to wake up early in the morning.
Before telling the solution I would like to ask a simple question: Have you ever got late to wake up early for travel? or going for the trip? or one day before the exam when you are not fully prepared your syllabus?
If you are honest with yourself then your answer would be a "NO"
There is a simple logic behind this activity. Our mind is so clever that it knows somehow that what we are trying to do is really not so urgent to do and for the mind, the primary thing is our body. It will take the side of only our body and comfort. Hence we are not able to wake up early.
While in the case of the above situations stated in the questions are so urgent that's why we are able to do the same task without any problem.
Now we have to motivate ourselves and our mind and make it understand that what we are trying to do is important for yourself for the long term and also we have to make our mind fool and sometimes take help of technology for waking up early in the morning.
So, let's start. Take a pen and paper and start noting down the points:

- Take complete sleep last night to become physically capabe of waking up early.
- Meditate before going to sleep for mentally become strong.
- Set at least two alarms on the interval of 15-20 minutes in case of failure of one alarm.
- Try to place your bed near window, Sun light in the morning will help you to wake up fresh.
- Keep your mobile phone/alarm clock away from your reach, so that you leave your bed before closing the alarm.
- You can set inspirational song or music as alarm tone.
- Do not allow a single thought after listening to the alarm. It can distract your mind to sleep more.
- If you are having problems to get up quickly, play inspirational audio and just listen to it for few minutes. It will give you emotional power to wake up.
- Just get up and wash your face. It will break your laziness.
- Watch motivational videos after getting fresh. It will boost your energy to a high level. List of motivational videos for students
- Do normal stretching or simple exercise to remove laziness
- Reward yourself for this achievement like talking to your friend, eating your favourite snack, etc. Due to this, you will start enjoying waking up in the morning.
woke up - Repeat this process for at least 21 days for making this habbit because it takes almost 21 days to fix something into permanent memory.

- Do not try to wake up so early first day in excitement because you should start from the easy task.
- Do not lose hope if you could not wake up first day because it is really difficult to complete this first day.
