Building the commitment completing habit

Hello guys,
Do you know what is a common thing among all the successful person? that is commitment. What they commit to doing, they will definitely do it till the last possible chance.
How many times we have committed something? Most of the people generally make numbers of small and big commitments daily but we are able to complete only a few of them. But indirectly it affects our personality and destroys our self-control.
If you have the same problem, and you want to change it, then you have reached the right place. Today I will tell you that how can you complete your small and big commitments of daily life and approach to become a successful person.
Completing all your commitments does not mean that you will be successful. Rather it depends upon your commitments. For becoming successful you have to take big decisions and before taking bigger decisions, you have to complete the small decisions first.
Now frankly speaking, that you will not have any huge profit by completing your small commitment, However, it will affect your personality.
If you complete all your small commitments then you will be able to develop a mindset, and you will be able to complete your necessary commitments.
Where can I start from, to this process?
You should start with small commitments. Here are some small commitments you can try anytime according to your convenience:
- Waking up early
- Smiling when you are angry on someone
- Study for two hours at least
- Standing in balcony and not starring any girl/boy
- Keeping eyes closed for five minutes
- Searching the internet but not opening social media for two hours
- Driving bike but not exceeding above 40km/h
- Standing in front of tasty food shop but not eating something for 15 minutes
- Opening laptop but not playing the game for half and hour.
- Keeping quiet of at least 10 minutes.
I have listed this activity randomly from my mind which I use to do Whenever I got time. One more thing, you will not be able to see the direct change, or it is not visible. However, it will make you stronger from inside you to complete any task further whether the task is good or not.
The things I have listed are very small things, but due to our complex function of our mind, and psychic you will face this tasks to do whenever you will commit to doing these tasks.
You have to fight with your psychic mind.
A lot of thought will come to your mind that- this is waste of time, I can do this anytime, why I am doing this etc, But if you complete those tasks, the certainly you will feel happier and confident.
We all have a lack of self-control, which is the root cause of all the problems and also the reason that we do not complete our commitments. This small exercises listed above will help you to build an awesome self-control.
Note* This is not necessary that you have to perform only those tasks which are listed above. You can always set your own tasks.
Just you have to keep these things in your mind:
- You should complete at least two small commitments daily
- The task should be not tough in the starting, otherwise, you will quiet it. Try to set simpler commitment.
- The commitment should challenge your psychic mind enough.
- Reward yourself on the completing of the commitment.
Guys, if you follow these simple rules in your daily life, then no doubt that after a few time you would have an excellent self-control, and as time passes, you will be able to complete the bigger commitments yourself without a single problem.
