Five Morning habits to stay motivated whole day to be a successful person!

Guy, when we talk about being a successful person, we have to work on both our health and our mind so that we could focus on our work and compete in this world.
guys, if you want to do something really big in life then you have to change your habits. And start with your morning habits, If you already want to change your morning habits then you are already among those 10% people who are going to be successful one day.

Guys if our morning does not go well then the whole day goes bad. We feel lazy, dull and sleepy whole day. So you have to start with the morning. I will tell you how can you boost start your day:



  • Wake up before 5:30 am: Waking up early in the morning is useful in many ways. The best thing is you will get enough time to do some special task which needs privacy like meditation, Self-exploration, Motivation and much more. As we all know that morning is the best time for this kind of activities.

    Also, one another benefit of waking up early is, the freshness of the environment is very productive for doing something really good like study and much more So, you should wake up daily before 5:30 am.
  • Take two glass of warm water with lime mixed in it- To strengthen your digestion for the whole day. Also good for the skin you should drink at least two glass of water just after waking up even before doing toothpaste Because our saliva formed in the whole night is very useful for our body.

   If you do this activity, then you will be able to concentrate on your performance fully mentally and physically.
  • Do stretching, yoga for at least half an hour- To minimize laziness which is obvious after waking up, you should do normal stretching or yoga. If you do not have a lack of time, then you can also do exercise for half an hour.

   This activity will provide you physical strength to focus on your work which is very important because you can not imagine working effectively without physical strength.

  • Write down a list of 3 main tasks you want to do that day: This is a very important task to do in order to change your daily habits. You have to just make a to-do list of 3 to 4 tasks you want to complete that day. It may be small and big as well depending upon your ability.

   However, keep in mind one thing that you should not make a list of very difficult tasks. You should start with normal and easy tasks like- studying one unit of your textbook, clean my room, complete my homework etc.
   It will help you to be committed to your task which is important for building the confidence.

  • Meditate for at least 15 minutes/ Do affirmation in front of a mirror: Meditation can really change your thoughts and also the behavior and the way of your thinking towards life and will help you to stay focused and motivated towards your goal.

   If you have a problem with meditation then you can also try affirmation. In this, you have to stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself. Then you have to speak to yourself and repeat your goal and why do you want to achieve that goal.
     It will help you psychologically to change your mind and your behavior towards your work.
