India is one of the largest country to provide higher education in higher quantity such that only around 30% of the graduates are able to get decent job in their respective field due to lack of seats.
Due to this high quantity of education, Ragging has also been introduced in India very rapidly. Like that there are so many tough rules and punishments procedure in the constitution of India, yet ragging is done in almost all engineering and medical colleges directly or indirectly.
Initially it starts with very low intensity hence the authority of the college do not pay so much attention, but in some cases it is converted into high disputes and life of the students are affected, and sometimes finishes also.
