You must have listened to many people saying to study in the morning because our mind is fresh and we have the highest willpower at that time in the morning.

Some people will also tell you to study in the night because, in the night you have nothing else to do, no one in the house will tell you to bring anything from the market or give hand in any task. Simply no disturbance in the study.

But we are not able to wake up in the morning early and also they feel sleepy in the night. This is confusing, right?

So, today we will discuss, that what is the best time to self-study to learn faster and remember long in order to score high marks in the exam. So, let's get started:

Best time for you to do self-study

The only best time for you to study is... When your mind is fresh and you have maximum willpower. Mostly when we wake up after sleep, that time our mind is fully functional and active. That's why most people will advise you to study in the morning.

However, you will easily find lots of topper student who study in the night and sleep most of the time in the day.

So, time is not important, what important is- The state of your mind.

Let's take an example: If someone successful in your family or relatives tell you that he has topped in the board exam by studying in the morning and also suggest you to do so then please wait for a second cause he/she is telling you according to his/her conditions and interests.

You can not wake up in the morning at 4:30am by sleeping at 12:00 or more?  if you do so then obviously it will be difficult for you and you will be frustrated.

However, if you study at whatever time and finish one chapter, then you will feel much better.

If you really want to change the time to study, then you will have to do it slowly and also by changing the behavior as well. like if you want to study in the morning, you will also have to start sleeping early.

One advice: Listen to everyone but do what you feel is right.

At the end of the day what important is, how much you learned and how any topics or chapter you studied or revised.

In my case, I like to study after taking a nap of one hour after returning from the college and at night.

So, sit for a while and give some time to thinking that what are those time when you are happy, feel fresh and energetic and when you have the maximum willpower, that time will be the perfect time for you to self-study.

So, you might have understood now, that not a particular time is said to be perfect for everyone to self-study.
