How to stay Energetic and productive whole day as a School/college student?

Guys everybody in this world whether it is a superstar, a sportsman, a businessman, scientist or a student, they all have only 24 hours a day to work/ waste. If you listen to any successful persons, you would find how important do they give to the time, Even some people such as Einstein used to sleep only a few hours a day. And the list of people is countless like these people who work for more than 18 hours a day for their passion or in their struggling time.

Now the problem is most of us do understand the value of time but, we are not able to utilize most of the time we have due to many reasons.  
Well, I have tried to find out some obvious reasons which are most common for these problems. First, we will understand the problem, then we will find the solution for that. So let's start:

  •  Lack of motivation/ Inspiration

Personally, I strongly believe that this factor is the biggest reason that we don't take action towards our goals. "Arunima Sinha" is an Indian girl who lost her leg after she was thrown from moving train two years ago became the first Indian female amputee to climb Everest. Guys examples are endless like this.
you should really find a good way to inspire yourself for till the day your task is completed.

  •  Bored from your same daily routine:

Guys, in the language of science (chemistry), whenever a reaction has to be completed when we have to provide the energy up to the threshold value then reaction starts and the energy is released. In the same way from a very long time, we have not used our potential to get something hard, to do something scary and something adventures.
Now, I am not saying that you have to jump from the sky or climbing Everest. just I am saying that you have to do something which gives you confidence so that you could make yourself ready to take action mentally.

  • Unstable Health condition:

Guys, If you want to pursue some really big thing in life then you have to take care of your body. Because a healthy body is the source of good ideas. If you are not healthy then you will not be able to enjoy even those fruits which you have earned through your efforts.

  •  Friend circle:

Guys, we all know that selection of friend circle is very important for your correct development, but do you know that it can also affect your talent and stop you from doing something different in your life because your 99% friends would not like you to be successful and achieve something big in life. And most important, you will be doing the same thing what group is doing unconsciously and due to peer pressure.

  •  Your attitude for life and  for other people:

It is not the matter of ego, you will have to accept that if you are not happy with your life, then you are definitely lagging somewhere. Maybe it is your ego or your attitude towards life. For achieving something BIG you have to change your Attitude, thoughts and your wrong beliefs about life. I will tell you how I did it to myself.

One of my friends, he was a student of mechanical engineering. He was a very intelligent and bright student. But he was very overconfident that no one is better than him in college, but as a result, he was badly insulted after losing a challenge with his one classmate and got depressed. Again he got failed in the semester exam due to depression.
Guys, if you are good at something then very good. It does not mean that everybody else is bad at that.

GUYS I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE NOW UNDERSTOOD THAT WHY ARE YOU NOT TAKING STEP AND UTILISING YOUR TIME THROUGHOUT THE DAY, NOW Let's SEE WHAT CAN YOU DO TO OVERCOME THESE PROBLEMS.


  •  1. Boost start the day: 


Guys if our morning does not go well then the whole day goes bad. We feel lazy, dull and sleepy the whole day. So you have to start with the morning. I will tell you how can you boost start your day:   
    i)   Wake up before 5 am
   ii)   Take two glass of warm water with lime mixed in it- To strengthen your digestion for the whole day. Also good for the skin.
  iii) Do stretching, yoga for at least half an hour- to minimize laziness.
  iv) Write down a list of 3 main tasks you want to do that day
  v)   I don’t believe in goal setting but you can set small goals of that day by making a schedule of the whole day,

  •   2. Use Affirmation: 

  Proven fact, our thoughts leads to our behavior and our behavior leads to our actions/ decisions and further into our destiny.
Daily minimum three times a day you have to see yourself in the mirror and say what do you want to be and why do you need that. You will see the change in your behavior and your actions.
  •   3. Take care of your healthy diet: 

   It will help you to be healthy so that you could focus on your work without any interruption. I am not saying to hire a dietician or joining a gym. But you should take balance food to stay the healthy whole day.
   After all healthy body is the result of 90% diet and 10% of exercise.see how to maintain a good diet.
  •   4. Watch good motivational videos: 

   Many times we see some videos that are misguiding, it is up to you that who inspires you but I strongly recommend watching “Sandeep Maheshwari sir” to get some motivation or some practical solution for your life.
  •  5. Change your attitude, start with your behavior now:

   Guys, if you are not a millionaire then you are a very small life in this world. There are many people who are thousands time richer and successful than us, so is it ok to say that we are better? You decide. This thing will lead you to happiness and peace in life which is also very important to do something big.see what controls your mood?
  •   6.  Watch interviews of your heroes of your field: 

   It will give you knowledge experience about the field because, you will know the experience of those people who are already worked in that field for years and they know what to do and what not. It will also inspire you to take action.
  •   7. Use your friend circle for taking a step: 

  What if your friend circle is such that they are good at something like using technology, confidence or study, you can take help from them. So always try to make friends who have some capabilities, dreams, and goal, because he will understand you.
  •   8. Start small think big:

   Don’t even bother to try big things. You should try small things first. It will increase your self-confidence and also motivate you to take a further step. It will slowly lead to the path of success.
  •   9. Make yourself confident to take steps; 

   There are many ways to make our self-confident. You must keep in mind the "Every expert of anything was once the Beginner" and there is no shame if you are not perfect at the beginning.

  •  10.Celebrate your every small and big success: 

  There is a psychological reason behind that. Whenever we feeling well after doing something then we want to do that again. So when you celebrate your success then you feel good, and you want to be successful again and again. And unconsciously we are habitual of getting success in every work we do.
